Donald M. Gleklen is a strategic business advisor and private investor, and has extensive experience as a senior corporate executive, banker and lawyer.  Mr. Gleklen is the retired Chairman and CEO of InteliHealth, Inc., a leading consumer internet healthcare company that was a joint venture of Aetna US Healthcare and Johns Hopkins Health System. He has served for 18 years on the Board of Directors of HMO of PA, the largest subsidiary of US Healthcare.  Mr. Gleklen served on the Board of PayQuik, a Murex I company, and other public and private companies.

Mr. Gleklen has made many venture capital investments including: Infusion Dynamics, Inc., a manufacturer of battery powered infusion pumps sold in 2005 to Zoll Inc. (ASE); SightLogix, Inc, a private Princeton, NJ-based company that  has developed an intelligent video camera with world class technology used for surveillance of large outdoor facilities of critical importance; and Jenrin Discovery, Inc., an emerging pharmaceutical company that addresses a variety of chronic diseases including obesity, diabetes and inflammatory disorders.

Mr. Gleklen is a Director and member of the Executive Committee of Firstrust Bank, a $3 Billion bank headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.  He formerly served on the Board of Directors of Kinetics Technology International, a diversified energy company headquartered in the Netherlands.  Mr. Gleklen spent 16 years at Industrial Valley Bank in Philadelphia, serving as Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer of that $2.5 billion dollar bank.  Mr. Gleklen has a law degree from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.
